COACHING REQUIREMENTS:
Anyone interested in coaching a LHSA competitive team must
contact the VP of Competitive Soccer for a discussion of soccer/coaching experience and philosophy. All competitive coaches are required to successfully complete the New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS) Coaching License, Grade "F" or higher course.
All competitive coaches are also required to complete background checks and concussion training in order to be carded to a team. Background checks should be completed through the Lawrence Township Recreation Office and are good for three years. Concussion training can be completed through one of the posted web-links, after which all coaches must provide a proof of completion certificate.
