Players age 5 to 13 are eligible. Teams are formed mid-summer with practice beginning in August. Official season begins early September and continues throughout early November.

The Competitive Division competes in both the fall and spring seasons against competition throughout New Jersey.

Teams are selected through competitive tryouts during the months of May and June for U-10 through U-18 age groups, and in October or November for the U-8 teams.
