LHSA would like to announce the continuing the Pre-Travel program for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 for any boys and girls born in 2014-2015 who are interested in transitioning to LHSA’s travel soccer program. This program represents a hybrid ‘travel’ program that is a precursor to our travel program and acclimates young players towards that environment and official league play at U9. It has the following features:
o Designated Red Bulls training—this cohort of players will receive designated training sessions twice-a-week by NY Red Bulls professional trainers, similar to LHSA’s arrangement for travel teams. Trainers follow a ‘Red Print’ training program for player development, emphasizing continued fun, technical skill development, creativity, and confidence (click on this link for more information).
o Game play in travel festivals—all players will be eligible to participate in soccer festivals for 2013-2014 birth year players with teams from other neighboring, like-minded clubs from NJ and PA, including: Council Rock-FC Bucks, Yardley-Makefield Soccer, Patriot Soccer, Ukranian Nationals, Next Level Soccer Academy, Hopewell Valley Soccer Association, Robbinsville Soccer Association.
o Participation in LHSA’s Recreation program—all players will be eligible to participate in planned training and game activities in LHSA’s Recreation Program.
Participation dates: Program activities will includes
- Outdoor Fall (September -November) and Spring training (March-May)
- Two months of indoor winter training (January-February)
- PA-NJ festival play in the Fall and Spring
Cost: Participation in this program will be $400 per player and include all of the features mentioned above. Please log on to the LHSA website to register at: registration link. Payments will be made in three installments, with the first payment of $100 due at the time of registration. Subsequent of $150 installments will be on October 25, 2021 and December 13, 2021.
LHSA hopes this program will further spark the interest of our young players in soccer, foster their development as players, and nurture their soccer spirit. LHSA takes pride in its ethos as a ‘player development club’ and looks to offer new programs in that spirit. Please contact us if you have any questions.
