As the fall season begins to wind down it’s already time to think about winter training that will keep our skills sharp and raise our abilities to the next level. Lawrence Hamnett will again be hosting our 10th Winter Technical Training Program run by the NY Red Bulls from January 8, 2023, to March 5, 2023. The sessions are conducted every Sunday morning inside the basketball gym at Mercer County Community College. The program focusses on the technical skill development of our recreational and travel players, that includes passing, receiving, dribbling, turning, shooting and small-sided games. The primary focus of these sessions is growth and skill development that results in a more confident and technical player.
